A bit of local history: Running parallel to York Road is the old North Central Railway which President Abraham Lincoln road to deliver the Gettysburg Address. In colonial times Baltimore was second only to New York as a port of entry for emigrants coming to America. Falls and York Roads were the ‘highways” used by settlers heading west. York Road goes all the way up to York, PA and the Susquehanna Trail.

Bon Appetite
