San Sushi Too San Sushi Too quickly grew and expanded adding a second restaurant next door, Thai One On, a Thai Restaurant. The two restaurants share the three dinning rooms and a Sushi Bar. When they expanded a third time, San Sushi Too combined and updated the two kitchens and added the Buddha Lounge. The ‘B Lounge’ has a cocktail bar, and a large comfortable seating area and dance floor where you can relax while waiting for your table, or hang out after dinner. Over the weekend they have music and dancing after the dinning areas close.

The Sushi Bar has plenty of seating for those who like to watch the Sushi Chefs at work and checkout what delicacies are available like Lobster, Giant Clam and Uni (Sea Urchin). San Sushi Too offers a complete Sushi selection prepared in Maki, Nargi, and Sashimi styles. Maki is assorted vegetables, seafood and rice rolled on seaweed paper. Nagari is slices of seafood on top of formed rice blocks. Sushimi is raw seafood slices.

The Specials Board features some chef’s creations like the Terp Rollwhich is roll of shrimp tempura, avocado and flying fish eggs, topped off with spice crab meat, the Sarah Roll which is spicy tuna and avocado with crunchy spicy garlic and topped off with Hawaiian BBQ sauce, or the Dynamite Roll, a spicy tuna and salmon roll topped with a tangy sauce made with 8 different spices and broiled.

The Japanese portion of the menu features Soups, Grilled Appetizers, and Tempura, Teriyaki, Nabe, Sukiyaki, and Soba Dishes. So there is a lot to explore, from the Dobin Mushi Soup an appetizer of seafood and chicken soup served in a kettle to Seafood Nabe an entree of seafood and vegetables in a bonito soup.

Thai food is rich in flavor and typically accompanied with rice. Thai One On features green and red curry. The Green Curry includes garlic, basil and dried peppers and can be very spicy, let your wait staff know how spicy you want it. The Red Curry is made with curry paste and a fresh pepper sauce, a bit milder on the spice meter. Most dishes can be prepared with Chicken, Shrimp, or Beef. And there are plenty of vegetarian dishes. Thai food is inherently low in fat and calories, so your can enjoy a meal without the guilt.

Some of the popular items on the menu are:

For Starters

Thom Yum Goong is shrimp and fresh mushrooms in lemon grass soup. It is very light and full of flavor.

Chicken Sa-Tay is grilled skewered chicken served with a peanut dipping sauce. A traditional Thai snack that is common among the many street vendors.
